The Learjet 31A is certified in 17 countries around the globe, including rigorous FAA approval in the United States which governs the construction and design of all civil aircraft in the transport category. As a general rule, Bombardier will seek any other national certification required by Learjet 31A operators to register their aircraft in the country of their choice.
